Do I need to be home during the repairs?

Absolutely not! As much as we enjoy meeting our clients face-to-face, we understand we all live busy lives. You don't need to be home during the repairs themselves. However, for the initial quote and inspection we will require you to be home so we can explain your roofing issue in person.

Do I really need to replace my entire roof?

We get this question a lot. People with older damaged roofs often think they need a full replacement — and sometimes a building inspector has told them the same. In most cases, our repairs are more than enough to restore your roof and give it many more years of life, saving you significant time and money. Roof replacements should only be done as a last resort.

Do you offer warranty on your work?

Yes — assuming you follow our recommendations. Our warranty is based on the warranty provided by the Australian-made products we use, which typically carry a 10-year warranty. Please note that not all services include warranty — for example, a minor gutter repair wouldn't carry the same terms as a full replacement. We'll always outline the warranty terms clearly in your quote before any work begins.

We'd generally recommend sticking with your tile roof. Tin roofs leak just as much as tile roofs — they just leak differently. And finding the source of a leak on a tin roof is actually harder. Only switch to a tin/metal roof if you have a specific reason to believe it will better suit your needs.
